Our brand new issue of “Change – Magazine for High Impact Transformation” is online.

Why did we choose the title “How to Create the Best Change Setup”? Given the myriad of books and approaches to change management, we keep asking ourselves: which basic principles will still be relevant in 20 years and won’t get lost in the noise of the modern tool discussion? To answer these questions, we at ICG launched an internal project last year on our consulting approach. We collected and condensed the experiences and approaches of ICG consultants. Now we would like to share with you our insights and experiences from the past 40 years.

The central theme of the magazine is the Transformation Journey: What are the fundamental models for successful change? What principles should be followed to bring about real change? What are the latest trends in change literature? How does one begin a change journey? How do you bring an organization out of its dynamic equilibrium? How do you start a movement? What skills are needed and how can learning be organized? What is the role of leadership and what is the role of teams in change? And most importantly, how can you provide stability to your people in times of constant change?

These are just some of the key questions we address in this issue, which is available in digital format for the first time.
