Product Innovation Lab

Results in 100 days. A validated MVP, not another presentation.

Organizations launch new products more slowly than ever — not because they lack ideas, but because they lack process. Ideas get stuck in approvals. Prototypes arrive too late. By the time the product reaches the customer, the market has already moved on.

Product Innovation Lab exists because innovation doesn’t need more time. It needs a structured framework.

The most expensive mistakes happen at the start

The costliest errors in product development aren’t made at launch. They’re made at the beginning, when teams build solutions before they truly understand the customer’s problem.

We answer that exact challenge with a curated set of methodologies — Design Thinking, Value Proposition Canvas, Service Design, Lean Startup — packaged into a 100-day sprint that delivers a tested MVP. Not a deck. Not a roadmap. A real product, validated by real customers.

The best products don’t come from isolated departments. They come from mixed teams that combine the customer’s perspective with technical and commercial expertise. The problem is that large organizations rarely have a mechanism to do this quickly and structurally.

Product Innovation Lab is that mechanism: a 100-day sprint where the right people work together, with clear methodology and a relentless focus on the customer.

How the Lab works

Multidisciplinary teams. Each Lab brings together 5–6 people from Sales, Product, and other key functions — people who don’t normally work together. Diverse perspectives lead to better decisions, sharper accountability, and a product with real market chances.

Results in 100 days. Progress in sprints. Innovation doesn’t move in a straight line — it moves through fast cycles of build, test, learn. At the end of each sprint, the team tests with real users, integrates feedback, and refines the solution. Failures come early, small, and cheap. Learning is continuous. By day 100, the MVP is a validated product, not a hypothesis.

Validated tools, not invention. Each stage of the process is supported by methodologies with proven results: Design Thinking to understand the customer before building, Lean Startup to validate that the solution solves a real problem, Customer Journey Mapping to design the experience end-to-end, and others. We don’t reinvent the wheel — we use it well.

What you take away

Results in 100 days. Not a strategy. Not a report. A product. At the end of the 100 days, the organization has an MVP tested and validated by real customers, ready for pilot. A clear calendar, concrete deliverables at every stage, and a process that can be repeated for any new idea.

True customer-orientation. Every decision in the Lab starts from a simple question: does the customer actually want this? Through interviews, usability tests, and continuous feedback, the team makes sure the product solves a real problem — not one imagined in a meeting room. The result is a product customers adopt, not one they tolerate.

An innovator mindset that stays. Beyond the product, the Lab changes how people work. Participants leave with a different relationship to risk, to failure, and to the customer. They learn to test before they invest, to listen before they build, and to ship before they perfect. A mindset that stays in the organization long after the program ends.
