We are a well-trained team of individual consultants – we are connected by common projects, our consulting approach, our quality standards and joint learning and development.
We are open to new colleagues and put great importance on the consulting approach, experience in consulting and technical as well as process know-how. Above all, it is important to us that we fit together well. Our consultants are not “standard consultants”. Being able to approach customers, deal with them, recognize their needs, and work with them to design and implement individual solutions – these are aspects that we pay particular attention to when selecting our employees.
