The challenge at hand was to combine three main goals into one coherent strategy. The first goal was set by Continental Automotive Sibiu and implied creating a specific framework for innovation in order to boost the location’s potential.  Second goal was set by motivated employees who believed in the potential of using innovation tools and methods and expressed their willingness to be innovation ambassadors. Their goal was to learn as much as possible in order to be able teach others and to facilitate upcoming innovation workshops. The last but not least, was the goal of ICG to teach and especially to motivate employees to give their best and to open their mind to the endless possibilities of innovation.

By having these, the task was clear: put together open and motivated people, give them the right place and tools and moderate them. After three sessions (Basic, Advanced and Power User) the information was assimilated by the people and results were seen in a very short time.
