Many leaders struggle with working in collaboration with their teams. They start to reflect on their own role in the team work, to find the perfect balance between involvement and delegation in developing solutions. Also, working in a very competitive environment, with a negative unemployment rate, the employee engagement becomes a big issue.

Co-creative leadership responds to this need by offering new ways of leading teams, whether it is for designing something complex – like an organizational change, or something simple – like helping to brainstorm for a solution. We start from some popular leadership theories and practices, and develop a leadership style that fits now, in your own team or organization, based on a co-creative approach. This approach enables engagement, psychological safety and healthy interactions among the members and managers.
